Topic: Anika's Odyssey : Land of the Taniwha / You may convert me yet!

I am a hidden object game fan and although I find the point click type of game fascinating, for the most part I try to avoid them. My mind just doesn’t seem to work like the creators and I end up being frustrated and giving up well before the end of the game. But, not so with Anika’s Odyssey. What initially attracted me, and please don’t laugh, was the start up screen. The ball of wool being knitted into a rabbit was to me, so creative and I thought if they can make something so mundane that fun and interesting, then the game might actually be worth giving a try. To my surprize, I was able to figure out most of the tricks and triggers to keep advancing. I do have to admit I used a walkthrough when I couldn’t figure out the exact method to keep going but for the most part I was able to do it on my own.
I hope that Anika and bunny continue to have more adventures together and I look forward to working my way through another and maybe this time without resorting to a walkthrough.
